Similar to last year’s format the boot camp will feature classes and speakers from some of the industry’s leading digital marketing and operations experts. Attendees of last year’s boot camp posted rave reviews regarding their investment of time for this unique industry event.

Participants use their own accounts during the classes so that they can then continue to work with them on their own long after the boot camp.
Additional information about registering for the Boot Camp will be forthcoming.

PCG Digital Marketing is pleased to announce that automotive ecommerce expert, Joe Webb of DealerKnows Consulting, will join the roster of automotive marketing, advertising, operations, and social media specialists speaking at the 2011 Digital Marketing Strategies Conference in the Napa Valley. The conference will be held February 1-3rd, prior to the official start of the 2011 NADA Convention.
Webb will share his insights into the need for Internet department structure Business Development Center management. Along with the growing need to monitor a dealership’s online effectiveness, he’ll detail some of the best practices in email templates, e-marketing, lead management, and follow-up processes that he has developed and continues to share with dealerships nationwide.
Called “the funniest guy in the car business”, Webb is known for more than just his automotive Internet sales expertise, but also for his comedic sales training videos as well. He is a top-rated speaker at the Digital Dealer Conferences and is known for his engaging, dynamic trainings about the keys to profitable lead management. “Dealers are dedicating more and more financial resources to attracting visitors to their websites, their digital assets, and their showrooms. However, the online battle is often won or lost based on how the dealerships respond to a consumer’s inquiries.
Webb says “In 2011, dealers are looking to strengthen every aspect of their digital marketing, from their primary websites all the way to their social media endeavors. They also recognize that keeping their teams trained on the most profitable methods to engage the online shopper in a professional, relationship-building manner is the most important initiative of all in the new year. If online advertising allows a dealership’s brand message to reach far outside their market area, then their success will solely be based on the skills of their employees and the technology in their stores.”
