You can read more about the courses by using this link:  Course Descriptions.   The 1 and 2 designations represents Part 1 and Part 2 of the class.

SM1 and SM2 are the Social Media courses led by Jim Rucker and assisted by Carrie Valentine.  If you are looking to develop or refine your social media strategy, these classes are perfect for you.  The first course starts with Social Media basics and the second course builds on that foundation to discuss strategies and deployment advice for your dealership.

WP1 and WP2 are the WordPress courses led by Paul Rushing.  Anyone looking to create an effective blogging network and microsite strategy will get the hands on training they need to succeed.  Paul’s two classes will start with the basics of WordPress setup and take attendees through deployment, configurations, customization and optimization.  Attendees will also get some free WordPress premium themes to deploy for their dealership.

CT-1 &2  and ST-1& 2 are two separate courses.  Content Creation is CT1 and CT2 and Digital Marketing Strategies is ST1 and TS2.  These classes will be lead by Brian Pasch.  Car dealers are beginning to understand that “content is king” and Brian’s first class will show attendees how to write effective content on their blogs and dealer websites to increase visibility and direct leads.  The second class ST-1 and ST2 will discuss the best 2010 digital marketing strategies that dealers can employ to increase their visibility online. These classes are designed for dealership employees who are eager to dominate their competition and have a role in setting that strategy.  In this naming convention CT1 is part one of the class and CT2 is part two of the class.

Vid1 and Vid2 are video marketing courses co-hosted by Tim Jennings and Matt O’Such.  This team will go through start to finish video recording, editing, uploading and optimization.   If you want to understand how you can use video to enhance your organic search visibility Tim and Matt will give you to skills to make it in the movies.  Tim Jenning has a great reputation for creative video techniques and Matt O’Such is an Automotive SEO specialist who can add insights on how to leverage your videos for search marketing.

PPC1 and PPC2are course on Google Adwords and Pay-Per-Click strategies.  Dealers need to have a PPC strategy to compliment their organic search marketing (SEO)strategies.  Eric J.B. Mayhew will be leading this class on leveraging paid search to create a comprehensive search marketing solution.  These classes represent an opportunity for car dealers to reduce waste in pay-per-click advertising.  Dealers who are using PPC often are wasting thousands of dollars of month due to improperly configured goals and keyword strategies.   In this class you’ll be able to develop a targeted keyword strategy for your dealership that is also free from waste.

Saturday Early Bird Sessions

Those who are early risers will be able to pick from three bonus sessions on Saturday morning before breakfast.  JD Rucker will reveal his final strategies and answer your questions on Social Media.  Paul Rushing will help to focus attendees on effective SEO strategies that work today.  Brian Pasch will be showing how to leverage your car inventory on social media and blogging portals.  Learn how to get your car inventory in front of where consumers are surfing, writing and meeting.
